Wood selection and design approval
The walnut slabs are selected, measured, and matched for grain, color, and shape. Final table dimensions and leg style are confirmed before production begins.

Slab preparation and flattening
The wood is cut, joined, and flattened to create a stable tabletop. Natural edges are cleaned while preserving the character of the walnut.
