A real apartment renovation on Kubinskaya Street in Saint Petersburg, Russia, documented by VOLNY.STUDIO. The contractor’s photographic record covers one property from July to December 2025, from strip-out and services to fit-out and final photography.

The focus is on pipework, the manifold installation, electrics, acoustic insulation, screed and tiling. Before images show different construction stages, including furniture installation; After images show completed areas in the same apartment.

A demo overview of a real Budapest apartment renovation from the 2021 Rénovation Budapest archive. Photographs document one property’s living room, kitchen, bathroom, separate WC and bedroom, from the initial condition through construction to the completed spaces.

The focus is on strip-out, services, wall and ceiling preparation, bathroom fittings and finishes. The first bathroom photograph shows strip-out already under way; the completed room is photographed in the opposite direction.

A demo refit case study of compact motor cruiser Canamer 33 ONE, based on material from Italian yard Nautica Servizi Terra d’Otranto. A small private boat rather than a large expedition yacht.

The focus is on onboard systems: new electrics, a Mastervolt 3.5 generator, air conditioning, a bow thruster and Raymarine navigation equipment. The yard also lists Volvo Penta D6 engine installation and a full hull repaint.

A historical demo overview of the 2012 refit of expedition yacht SuRi at Bay Ship and Yacht Co. in California. A midbody section approximately 11 metres long was inserted into the hull. Naval architecture by Kirilloff and Associates.

The focus is on hull work: cutting, moving sections, alignment, welding and underwater components. Project galleries show before and after photographs; the feed covers the work and includes a sample inspection-plan approval request.

A comprehensive refit of Jester, a 68.8-metre expedition yacht built in 1972. Over 23 months at Pendennis Shipyard in Falmouth, the hull, engineering systems, interiors and outdoor decks were renewed. Interior design by RWD. The yacht left the yard in May 2023.

The galleries show genuine photographs of the deck and saloon before and after the refit. The posts cover the work, refurbished cabins and preparations for expedition cruising.
